Getting Started:
River City Construction & Design initiates its distinctive process with a free consultation. During this meeting, you will sit down with our Home Building Expert/General Contractor to talk about your project and vision. Within 48 hours, you will receive a proposal. Upon approval, our lead designer will contact you to start facilitating a stress-free and smooth process.
Design:
River City Construction and Designs designer will engage in a conversation about your preferred style and work collaboratively to bring your vision to life. Choosing elements like wood floors, tiles, grout colors, sinks, faucets, lighting, and plumbing can feel daunting. Your designer is dedicated to guiding you through this process. They will arrange selection meetings and support you every step of the way. Additionally, your designer will maintain a record of your choices and organize them in a digital storyboard for easy reference.
Project Manager:
You will have a personal Project Manager assigned to you and your project. The Project Manager from River City Construction and Designs will serve as another point of contact to make sure that everything is going smoothly and correctly. Your Project Manager will be responsible for communicating directly with our subcontractors. This is an essential part of the process that ensures there are no misunderstandings between you and our subcontractors and helps to keep all communication in one centralized location.
Pre Demo Meeting:
River City Construction and Design will schedule a meeting with you, which will include our Expert General Contractor, your Project Manager, and your Designer. During the meeting, we will walk through your floorplan, remodel, or addition with you before the demolition begins. Your team will meticulously go over every corner of the project to ensure that nothing is missed, and everyone is on the same page. This meeting is not only to thoroughly go over the overall expectations of the project, but also for you to meet your personalized team that will be with you throughout the build.
Communication:
Whether you’re new to remodeling or a seasoned renovator, River City Construction and Design operates uniquely compared to other construction companies.
