In this Project Takeover, we created a one-of-a-kind Laundry + Dog Suite & Spa with a designer laundry room, custom dog wash, private doggie suite, a built-in kitchen water filling station, and dual-level laundry chutes that make daily life seamless.
A Laundry Room That Works Smarter
This laundry room blends elegance with performance: black-and-white checkered tile floors, a marble backsplash, natural stone countertops, and a farmhouse sink fitted with black and gold fixtures. It’s a space that looks elevated and functions beautifully.

The Under-the-Stairs Doggie Suite
We transformed typically wasted space into a private dog retreat featuring herringbone brick floors, classic beadboard walls, and a custom iron door shaped like a paw print. Cozy, durable, and undeniably charming.
Built-In Kitchen Water Filling Station
At the end cap of the custom wood island, we added a dog water filling station with a gold pot filler above stainless bowls and a matching marble backsplash. It keeps water fresh and accessible while blending seamlessly with the kitchen’s high-end finishes.
