Modern kitchen remodel featuring walnut cabinetry, a waterfall island, and natural stone backsplash.
Dripping Springs, TX | Kitchen, Bathroom & Living Room Renovation
Tucked just outside of Austin in scenic Dripping Springs, this full interior remodel was all about transforming great bones into a timeless, high-functioning home with warmth, elegance, and clean-lined simplicity. The homeowners loved the structure of their early 2000s build but were ready to bring it into the present with modern finishes and a more refined aesthetic, without falling into trendy or overly minimalist territory.
The renovation included a full kitchen transformation, updates to the living room, new flooring throughout, and the complete overhaul of the primary bath, two guest bathrooms, and a half bath.
The kitchen now features custom walnut cabinetry and Beverly Blue Quartzite countertops, sourced from Architectural Surfaces and fabricated by the skilled team at Toor Stone Countertops. Integrated Thermador appliances deliver professional-grade function with a sleek, built-in look. A hidden minibar and powder bath are seamlessly tucked behind smooth, continuous wood grain panels, and a cleverly repurposed space allowed for the addition of a butler’s pantry, enhancing both flow and storage without expanding the footprint.
The primary bathroom, once narrow and builder-basic, was reimagined with Brazilian Carrara Marble, giving the space a fresh, open feel that now rivals a luxury spa. The two additional guest baths and half bath received equally elevated treatment with elegant Swan Quartzite surfaces, while the butler’s pantry was finished in a clean, understated Quartz that complements the kitchen palette.
This remodel exemplifies timeless, intentional design, crafted to suit the homeowners’ current style while standing the test of time. Every decision, from the material selections to the layout rework, was guided by a vision of modern livability, elevated craftsmanship, and understated luxury.
Creative space planning and custom cabinetry allowed us to maximize functionality and elevate the design. Plumbing was relocated to accommodate a new butler’s pantry, and we opened up the narrow primary bath to dramatically increase both space and luxury.
